Autumn is a PNW local. From a young age she was inspired by the world of textiles and colors; often found designing at the sewing machine. It was clear she had a passion for creating and began her studies for Apparel Design at Oregon State University.
The world of fashion inspired her to explore the cosmetology industry. Autumn quickly immersed herself into her studies and formed a clear vision of one day becoming a stylist. She graduated from Aveda Institute Portland in 2013. Her passion and determination to become a professional lead her to Annastasia Salon in 2013. Over the course of her career Autumn has shared her love for hair as a certified trainer for new and upcoming stylists at Annastasia Salon. Autumn’s dedication and commitment to her trade, peers, and community allowed her the opportunity to serve as a shareholder at Annastasia Salon.
Behind the chair, Autumn’s greatest joy comes from creating custom dimensional color, seamlessly blended blondes, unique vivids, and maintaining her clients healthiest hair.
Autumn has worked with extensions for most of her career, but in recent years has expanded her technique and is proud to offer 4 different extension installation methods. Professionally trained in both Bellami and Great Lengths, allows guests access to a diverse and wide range of hair lines.
Autumn is committed to continued education and regularly takes classes to stay up to date with the industries latest techniques. Most recently Autumn joined the SaltStrands Collab Tour which provided a high immersive experience in extension installations, coloring, and cutting.
Along with hair and beauty, Autumn has a passion for people. She prides herself on her diverse ability to communicate and actively listen to her clients wants and needs. Sharing in making someone feel at their best inspires Autumn to be at her very best each and every day!
When she isn’t styling she is keeping up with her 3 children Emmitt, Evelyn, and Eloise and their fur sibling, Gibbs the Boston Terrier. She enjoys cooking with her husband Adam, adventuring local parks with her family, running trails, and reading piles of books.
